“In 2024, being relatable goes a LONG way. You have a niche, whether you decide to use it or not. Everyone has a niche available to them.”

Jackie spent a lot of time doing all the things she was “supposed to do”.

Even before she got into real estate, Jackie earned a degree in Physics.

“I worked as an engineer… I then found real estate and I did the same thing, doing what I was “supposed to do”. I door knocked, I cold-called, I posted to social media every day…

I was on the grind for hours daily. Not to say doing all those things didn’t give me results and great skills, but as my skating coach would say, ‘Work smarter, not harder.’… and that, I was not doing.”
